本研究以员工组织公民行为为中介因子，考察了中小企业组织绩效的影响因素。本研究使用的调查数据来源于251名中小企业员工，采用主成分分析（即使用SPSS版本20.0）和验证性因素分析（即使用AMOS版本20.0的CFA），得出本研究的主要结论。
作者简介
郭婉然， 现任南昌大学心理学系讲师 ，海外留学博士学历，专业管理心理学，主要从事高等学校心理学的教学科研工作，研究专长为积极组织行为学、积极心理学等，并担任《员工心理援助》《组织行为学》《积极心理学》《积极心理学研究》等本科及硕士教学课程，具有较强的理论基础、科研能力。主持教改课题《积极心理学课程“双元互动式”教学模式的探索与实践》，参与过国家科学研究课题。负责人英语能力较强，并在国内外上发表多篇文章以及在国际会议上发表演讲。
