作者简介
陈祥国，副教授，山东外贸职业学院教务处处长、科研处处长、商务外语系原系主任；蒋甜甜，山东外贸职业学院商务英语专业骨干教师。从事多年商务英语教学和研究工作，主编参编教材12部，发表论文10余篇，主持或参与课题5项，主持院级精品课1门。
