本研究主要聚焦于探索个体相对工作中心性的跨文化前因与后果。围绕我们为什么要工作、这种投入是否值得等问题展开研究。研究揭示了在个体、工作与国家三个层面上的特征如何推动个体相对工作中心性的形成并进而决定了其对个体主观幸福感的影响。
作者简介
芦青,博士毕业于香港理工大学工商管理学院,曾担任香港理工大学博士后研究员,现为中南财经政法大学工商管理学院讲师、硕士生导师。研究方向为跨文化心理学与人力资源管理。
