《国际商法（第三版双语版）》具有以下特点：一、吸收了多部国外国际商法教材的优点，尽量将原汁原味的法律知识奉献给读者。多数国外教材具有结构条理分明，理论浅显易懂，语言通顺流畅的优点，但是，缺点也是很明显：内容庞杂，重点不够突出。因此，我对多部国外教材进行反复对比，筛选出最重要的内容，剔除不适合中国学生的章节。我虽然多年来一直使用英语讲授国际商法，但一旦使用英语著书立说，深感自己英语语言的驾驭能力欠佳。为了使本书语言地道、流畅，我借鉴了多部国外原版教材语言通顺易懂的特点，在介绍国外著名判例时，也引用了不少国外学者及法官的评论。这既有利于中国学生研读原文的法律英语，也有助于读者在今后的法律工作中予以引用，以增强说服力。二、尽量体现中国的特色。本书在介绍国外相关法律的同时，适当考虑了中国政治、经济、法律、文化方面的特色。
作者简介
姜作利，山东大学法学院教授，法学博士。19682年获英语语言文学学士学位，1990年获国际经济法硕士学位，2007年获法理学博士学位。主要研究国际经济法和法律英语。曾应邀赴二十多个国家的大学做研究工作和讲学，精通英语、意大利语、法语、西班牙语及拉丁语等语言，我国最早使用英语讲授国际经济法的学者之一，现担任教育部、山东省及山东大学双语教学示范课程，被聘为教育部双语示范课程评审专家。出版专著多部，发表论文六十余篇，被聘为司法部研究项目评审专家。
本书特色
《国际商法（第三版双语版）》自第二版以来，受到越来越多读者的关怀和厚爱，连续印刷8次，此次做第三版修改：最再一次纠正了第二版中存在的拼写及语法错误；第二，增加了部分新的内容，提高了本书的实践价值，新增了一些近年来国际商会等国际组织陆续出台的规范，还增加了一部分发展中国家如何充分利用WTO赢得合理权益的内容，希望《国际商法（第三版双语版）》可以在读者一如既往的关爱下为中国的法治建设和促进国际贸易的发展做出更大贡献。
