作者简介
闫世斌，1993年毕业于大连海运学校（今大连海事大学），在香港明华船务有限公司从事海船驾驶员工作7年，挪威礼诺航运有限公司工作3年，现任锦航集团总裁，兼任天津锦航远洋企业管理有限公司、河北锦航船舶技术服务有限公司总经理。
本书特色
本书主要包含两个部分。最部分是邮轮基础知识介绍，主要介绍邮轮的发展简况、邮轮航线、邮轮旅游等内容。第二部分是邮轮乘务岗位实用英语，主要介绍了客房、餐厅、吧台、博彩、免税店、娱乐、前台等服务内容。本书还在附录中介绍了世界主要邮轮、邮轮公司、邮轮港口及邮轮服务常用词汇。另外，本书附有光盘，涵盖了各章对话、阅读、听力内容。
