作者简介
中国国际扶贫中心成立于2005年5月，是国家乡村振兴局直属事业单位，同时又是中国政府与联合国开发计划署等国际组织共同发起并组建的国际性扶贫机构。机构性质的双重性，使中国国际扶贫中心既成为中国政府开展南南合作的重要渠道，又是专职从事减贫研究、培训、交流和合作的国际平台。
