作者简介
刘进(1985-)，男，江苏东海人，教育学博士。硕士生导师，北京理工大学教学促进与教师发展国家级示范中心副主任。主持国家自然科学基金等课题10余项。已先后出版学术专著2部，发表中英文核心期刊论文40余篇。曾在浙江大学任教。曾在中央组织部、北京市委借调，曾为海南省昌江县副县长(挂职)。曾为美国波士顿学院、意大利都灵大学访问学者，英国利物浦大学名誉助理教授。现为“一带一路”高等教育研究国际课题组(B&R)组长。
