作者简介
石建高，研究员，研究生导师，现任农业农村部绳索网具产品质量监督检验测试中心常务副主任、全国水产标准化技术委员会渔具及渔具材料分技术委员会秘书长、中国水产科学研究院渔业装备与工程学科委员、全国家用纺织品委员会线带分技术委员会委员、国家特色海产品标准化区域服务与推广平台专家委员会委员、中国渔业协会河豚鱼分会专家委员会委员、威海市网箱工程技术研究中心副主任等。
主要从事深水网箱、养殖围网、藻类养殖设施、渔具及渔具材料研究，并长期工作在渔业生产和科技推广第一线。主持和参加了国际合作项目、领军人才项目、国家“863”计划、国家支撑项目等重大、重点科研项目；发表论文100多篇；授权专利100多项；制修订标准60余项；出版专著10部，助力了渔业装备与工程技术升级。联合山东爱地等单位，开展了特力夫超大型养殖网箱、深远海抗风浪组合型金属网箱、双圆周组合式网衣大型围网（亦称围栏、网栏、网围等）、双圆周大跨距管桩式围网、生态海洋牧场超大型堤坝围网等渔业装备与工程的设计开发、推广应用；并在网具装配、绳网新材料等技术方面取得突破，解决了桩网连接等关键技术难题，获发明专利多项；为我国绳网新材料、深远海网箱和（超）大型养殖围网等产业的发展做出重要贡献，是我国绳网新材料、（超）大型养殖围网等系统研究的开拓者之一。部分成果产生了显著效益，被CCTV等媒体报道，推动了水产养殖业的绿色发展与技术进步。
获中国专利奖、中华农业科技奖、海洋创新成果奖、上海市科技进步奖、山东省科技进步奖、浙江省科技进步奖、上海市技术发明奖、水科院科技进步奖、上海市优秀发明奖、山东海洋与渔业科学技术奖、上海市标准化优秀技术成果奖等各类科技奖励20余次。获领军人才、中青年拔尖人才和优秀科技工作者等荣誉称号。
