本报告基于国际发展合作的全球视野，在分析中非减贫合作条件的基础上，系统梳理了中非减贫合作的发展演变，结合典型案例，从政府层面、企业层面、非政府层面三个维度解读了中非减贫合作的具体内容、实施方式以及取得的成效。在当下非洲国家迫切需要分享中国减贫与发展红利的情势下，本报告还针对非洲国家减贫与发展面临的困境，提出了可供非洲国家选择的中国减贫经验，以及进一步深化中非减贫合作的原则、方式和路径，以期实现“中国梦”和“非洲梦”的交汇与对接，走稳做实中非命运共同体建设。
作者简介
安春英，女，朝鲜族，1966年10月生于哈尔滨，1992年7月毕业于中央民族大学非洲史专业，现为中国社科院西亚非洲研究所编辑部主任。主要研究非洲国家的反贫困行动；非洲经济可持续发展与中非经济关系。
