This Code consists of nine chapters：General Provisions; Terms; Basic Requirements; Choice of Delivery-receiving Modes;Number of Industrial Stations and Harbour Stations and Site Selection; Layout Plans; Junction Location9 Delivery-receiving Location and Major Equipment Layout; Number and Effective Lengths of Station Tracks; Carrying Capacity and Marshalling Capacity of Station.
The major revisions in this code are：revision of design year of industrial station and harbour station，and setup of rail weighing bridge; addition of articles for delivery-receiving modes and station layout to facilitate direct traffic between CR network and industrial siding; revision of some articles and their explanations.
All relevant organizations are kindly requested to sum up experience and collect materials in the implementation of this Code.
