作者简介
中国水电工程顾问集团公司于2002年12月经国务院批准成立，其前身为政府主管水利水电规划、开发、建设的机构–水利水电规划设计总局(院)，已有50余年的发展历史。集团公司是中国水电和风电建设技术标准和规程规范的主要编制修订单位。承担了水电建设工程等级、勘测、规划、水库、环保、水工、施工、造价、机电、安全监测、运行管理等一整套国家及行业规程规范的编制和风电开发的规划、勘测、设计和运行管理等标准的编制工作。
