作者简介
黄进，中国政法大学校长、教授。兼任中国法学会副会长、中国国际私法学会会长、教育部社会科学委员会委员、教育部高等学校法学学科教学指导委员会副主任委员。
1988年毕业于武汉大学法学院，获法学博士学位，是1949年以来中国大陆第一位国际私法博士学位获得者。曾任教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地武汉大学国际法研究所所长、武汉大学法学院副院长、学校教务部部长、校长助理、副校长。
曾主持和参加中外科研项目30多项，出版专著、主编或参编的著作50余部，在《中国社会科学》《中国法学》《法学研究》《荷兰国际法评论》《杜克国际法与比较法杂志》等中外刊物上发表中英文论文、译作200余篇。学术成果曾获普通高等学校优秀教学成果国家级一等奖、司法部全国法学教材与科研成果一等奖。曾获首届全国“十大杰出青年法学家”称号，1997年入选国家教育部首批“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”，2004年入选首批“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”。
