作者简介
黄平，社会学博士（1991,伦敦经济政治学院[LSE]），中国社会科学院研究员、中国社会科学院欧洲研究所所长。刘作奎，辽宁大连人，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所国际关系研究室副主任，现中东欧室副主任，副研究员，日本青山学院大学客座教授，中国欧洲一体化史分会理事、副秘书长，中国中东欧研究分会副秘书长、历史学博士（2005年）。
