作者简介
刘守君,男,1969年9月出生,党校大学文化,高
级经济师职称。乐山市首批学术和技术带头人。
原全国房屋登记官考试命题专家库成员,参加2011
年全国房屋登记官考试命题,参加2012年、2013年全国
房屋登记官考试审题。
1993年9月至2014年5月,在犍为县房地产管理所从
事房屋登记工作,现专职从事不动产登记研究和咨询。
主要荣誉:四川省优秀人民陪审员、乐山市社会科
学优秀成果三等奖、“无锡产监杯”《物权法》与房地产
权属管理知识竞赛二等奖、乐山市房地产管理先进个人。
主要研究兴趣:民法物权,不动产登记。出版专著
《房屋登记中的民法原理与实务》《房屋登记收件实务》。
有100余篇有关不动产(房屋)登记的论文、案例剖析
文章发表在《中国不动产》《中国房地产》《房地产权
产籍》《四川房地产》等专业期刊上。
