作者简介
Keith C.Brown,美国得克萨斯大学商学院的金融学教授,拥有金融学杰出大学教授称号。他一直为美国的工商管理硕士(MBA)研究生和博士研究生开设投资学、衍生产品以及资本市场的相关课程,并先后多次获得教学奖励。他曾作为AIMR(现在的CFA,注册金融分析师)的候选课程委员会和教育委员会的一员和CFA考试分级人员。他曾在美国一流的金融经济杂志如Joumal of Finance,Joumal of Financial Economics,Reviewof Financial Studies等先后发表过40余篇的论文和出版专著,并分别在1990年和1996年获得Financial Analyst Journal和Journal of Finance的最佳论文奖。 Frank K.Reilly,美国圣母玛利亚大学的金融学教授。他先后在美国的伊利诺伊大学、堪萨斯大学、怀俄明州大学以及圣母玛利亚大学任教,多次得到教学奖励并入选.美国杰出教育者。他曾兼任过众多学术组织和实务组织的主席,如财务管理学会、中西部工商管理学会、中西部金融学会的主席以及AIMR的董事会主席。作为著名的金融学者,他曾在许多一流的金融经济杂志,如Joumal of Finance,Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis等发表了100多篇的学术论文和出版专著。
