作者简介
中国社会科学院政治学研究所政治文化理论研究室主任，副研究员。主要研究领域：法学与政治学。在《人民日报》等发表有影响文章多篇。中国人民大学法律系学士，中国社会科学院研究生院政治学系硕士。主要成果：《中国政府经济管理职能初探》，《中国社会科学》中文版（1986年6月）、英文版（1988年3月），获中国社会科学院青年优秀论文竞赛一等奖。
