本教材以无土栽培基本原理和方法为基础采用工作过程系统化课程设计理念,将无土栽培技术分为认识无土栽培、无土栽培植物生理基础、营养液配制及管理技术、无土栽培固体基质、无土育苗等10个项目。每个项目设若干任务,包含了无土栽培及其分类、植物生理基础、营养液配制、固体基质栽培、无土育苗、设施建造、设施及环境调控、果菜类蔬菜、叶菜类蔬菜、芽苗菜、果树无土栽培、花卉无土栽培、家庭园艺无土栽培等典型工作任务。每个任务选择无土栽培经典项目和当前最先进的技术作介绍、选择典型工作流程及方法,引导学生进行理论学习及技能训练。

作者简介

颜志明,男,博士,教授,毕业于南京农业大学,江苏农林职业技术学院党委委员、副院长。现为江苏省现代农业(草莓)产业技术体系副首席及岗位专家、江苏省园艺学会常务理事、现为国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队负责人、XXX新时代职业学校名师、全国农业职教名师。主编国家“十三五”“十四五”规划教材、省高等学校重点教材等4部,在HORTSCIENCE等期刊发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利12项。获国家级教学成果一等奖、全国农牧渔业丰收奖二等奖、江苏省农业技术推广一等奖等奖项。
张更,女,博士,毕业于日本千叶大学,江苏农林职业技术学院农学园艺学院教师。现为国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队成员、江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀教学团队成员。主编农业农村部“十四五”规划教材《园艺英语》,在Scientia Horticulturae等国际期刊发表论文多篇。

This textbook is designed based on the cognitive and developmental patterns of students and incorporates the modern vocational education concept, which emphasizes a student-centered, competency-based, and industry-oriented approach.
