In addition, the Chinese model for sustainable agricultural and rural development embedded in the resilient and dynamic agricultural sector in the country, as well as selected other countries experience in this field were thoroughly discussed with the view of drawing pragmatic and operational approaches to SARD in various countries. Lessons of experience based on country experiences were also derived and carefully analyzed during the Symposium.
