联合国人居署，又称联合国人类住区规划署，是联合国负责人类居住问题的机构。成立的宗旨为促进社会和环境方面可永续性人居发展，以达到所有人都有合适居所的目标。
国际展览局，简称BIE，是专事监督和保障《国际展览会公约》的实施、协调和管理举办世博会并保证世博会水平的政府间国际组织。
中华人民共和国上海市人民政府，是上海市的一级国家行政机关，是上海市人民代表大会的执行机关，对上海市人民代表大会和国务院负责并报告工作，在上海市人民代表大会闭幕期间，向上海市人民代表大会常务委员会负责并报告工作。
