作者简介
张晓君，男，西南政法大学国际法学院院长、法学教授、法学博士、博士生导师。担任中国法学会中国—东盟法律研究中心秘书长、中国法学会国际经济贸易法研究会常务理事、中国法学会WTO法研究会理事。
