This letter is intended to confirm that your sealed university degree certificates
have now been received and that the result of your pre-recruitment health check-
up has now been checked. Therefore, I confirm that you will be able to start
working with Austin College as an adjunct teacher in the Intensive English
Program of the International Studies Department on September 20.
The terms and conditions of your nomination are as follows=
Compensation: $ 35,000 per year (gross salary)
Working Pattern: Full-time. Six teaching hours a day. Overtime is paid as $ 30
                       per hour. Inclusive of twelve days of annual leave.
Duration of Contract: One year (two academic semesters)
                            After this probation, you can be hired as a permanent full-
                            time staff member.
Payment of Salary: After completing the enclosed bank authorization form,
                           please bring  it  along  with  at  least  two  forms  of
                           identification to the personnel office (third floor, J.
                           Houston Building) by September 5.
Please sign and date the reproduced copy of this agreement and send it back to
me by September 10. Only after the signed document is received in this office
will a contract be put into effect between you and Austin College in accordance
 with the abeve mentioned terms and conditions．
