本书为“当代外语研究论丛”之一，基于作者的博士论文修改而成。本书以组织发展学理论为基础，以互联网与外语教育深度融合的背景下非英语专业学生英语学习动机、学习投入面临的挑战及问题为出发点，将组织发展学中的干预手段有机地融入大学英语教学中，通过实证研究论证以上干预手段在提高大学生英语学习动机及学习投入两方面的有效性。本书实现了组织发展学与语言学的跨学科研究，从组织发展视角探讨英语学习动机及学习投入。
作者简介
丰小隆，男，山东青岛人，博士，现任浙江越秀外国语学院大学外语部讲师，主要从事组织发展学、外语学习动机研究。
