作者简介
吴小芳主要个人简历：2008年9月——2012年6月 华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院（本科、工学学士）。2012年9月——2017年6月 北京大学工学院（研究生、理学博士）。2017年7月——今 中南财经政法大学经济学院（副教授）。主要从事的教学和研究领域：资源核算与生态经济；环境模拟与系统生态工程；能源经济；能源政策。主讲课程：《报关实务》、《人口、资源与环境经济学》荣誉奖励：全国第2届大学生水利创新设计大赛，一等奖（重量）2011;湖北省第8届“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛，特等奖（省部级）2011。
