作者简介
国际欧亚科学院中国科学中心 中国市长协会 中国城市规划学会 联合国人居署。国际欧亚科学院成立于1994年，目前已拥有欧洲、亚洲、北美洲、南美洲和澳洲等46个国家600余名院士、通讯院士和荣誉委员，他们都是各国著名的自然科学家、工程技术专家和社会科学家。国际欧亚科学院总部设在莫斯科，分别在欧洲（法国）、欧亚（俄罗斯）和亚太地区（中国）建立区域中心，并在15个国家建立了国家科学中心。国际欧亚科学院中国科学中心是15个国家科学中心中人数第二位的中心。中国作为世界科技创新大国，其专家学者在国际学术界中享有很高的地位，具有重要的影响。
