作者简介
屈晓旭，男，满族，海军工程大学副教授，硕士生导师，华中科技大学信息与通信工程博士。长期从事无线通信理论与技术的教学和科研工作，致力于通信新技术军事应用研究，参与国防预研、国防重大专项等多项科研工作，在高速跳频通信技术、短波天线阵列信号处理技术、短波通信信号处理新技术等方面取得多项科研成果，获发明2项，军队科技进步二等奖2项，三等奖4项，编译出版《电子战目标定位方法》等著作2部，发表学术论文30余篇。主讲“通信原理”、“数字通信系统”等课程，在海军通信系统原理、技术、装备及发展方面具有丰富的教学实践经验。
