吕茂丽，女，研究生学历，硕士学位，副教授，硕士生导师。研究方向为英语教学，英汉对比与翻译。近年来主持和参加省部级、厅局级和校级教学和科研项目10余项，编写书籍7部，发表学术论文10余篇。曾获山东省高等学校人文社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖，中国煤炭教育协会教学成果三等奖和校级教学成果一等奖。
