Architecture, Construction and Building

Do you really know about architecture,
construction and building as a major in jianzhu?

With complex
meanings, architecture describes not
only buildings and other physical structures, but the art, the style and the
science of all
about buildings and construction. It has to do with
planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience to reflect
functional, technical, social, environmental and aesthetic considerations.

Building construction is the process of
preparing for and forming buildings and building systems. Construction starts with planning,
design, and financing and continues until the structure is ready for occupancy.

Building, generally, refers to
the action or the result of construction, such as “build a new house” or “a
teaching / residential building”.

These words
will frequently appear while we are doing our jobs. Knowing about them will
help us to express ourselves more properly and effectively.
