作者简介
陈婵婷，美国威斯康字大学麦迪逊分校法学博士，现为华东政法大学商学院教师，研究领域为国际贸易法、国际投资法和跨国并购的法律问题等。开设有国际商法、世界贸易组织、国际贸易经典案例等课程。
